Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located on top of a hill, so keep that in mind when bringing luggage or if any special needs arise, but the rooms are basic yet very comfortable with A/C. They are clean, although the overall look seems unfinished.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, though not as expected from the pictures, were basic and functional. The service was average with some hiccups. The location was convenient but noisy at times. The dining experience fell short of expectations. The facilities offered were decent with room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel's location on top of the hill may pose a challenge for guests with luggage or special needs, but the surroundings are worth it. The rooms had a continuous unpleasant smell when full of people or computers, making it a discomfort for guests. The service, although warm and welcoming, was described as unhelpful overall by guests. The location near the beach and nice restaurants was a definite highlight. The dining experience was good, but extra costs charged were a downside.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms could be in better condition, the presence of a jacuzzi was a nice touch. The service, although caring about your experience, seemed a bit unbothered and lost at times. The location was amazing, close to the beach and nice restaurants, but the noise levels across the road were a downside. The dining experience, especially the free breakfast, did not meet my expectations. However, the view and the beach access were enjoyable.
The hotel had amazing rooms with air conditioning, a comfy bed, a beautiful sunset view over Zicatela, and our own bathroom. However, at around $100 per night, I was expecting better accommodations, especially when it was full and hot outside.
I was thrilled with the location of the hotel, right across from the beach, offering a marvelous view of Zicatela. The rooms were a delight, complete with air conditioning, a cozy bed, and our private bathroom. The uphill location might pose a challenge with luggage, especially when the place is busy with guests or the sun is scorching. However, the stunning sunset views made it all worth it.
